Faq Input and Output Node

Purpose of two types of nodes: many users have much FAQ data, which is highly related to their business. If this data can be used to match intentions and answer questions, the chatbot can be improved a lot.

Before using FAQ input and output nodes, FAQ info must be configured in the dialog setting page. After configuring, FAQ input and output nodes can be used in the dialog.

Config FAQ info

Click the setting button in graph editing page:

Click the down arrow in Paired-Corpus Skill panel in setting page

Select the FAQ skill that meets the requirements

Return to the dialog edit page after configuring the FAQ

Add a FAQ input node in dialog flow

Select related group ids to match user intention

Train the dialog flow and test it

FAQ output node

Add a FAQ output node in dialog flow

Select related groupids as the answer

Train the dialog flow and test it
