Greeting Messages

Greeting Messages are how the bot will begin a conversation with the user (E.G. "Hello, what can I do for you?”).

Add a Greeting Message

Type into the text bar or click on the "Add More Type" button to add non-text greeting messages, the greeting message will be added to the end of the current list (to a maximum of 5 greeting messages)

The format of the greeting message can be any of:

Text
Image
Audio clip
Video
Card list
File
Link

Messages are sent in numerical order. The order of greeting messages can be changes by dragging them up or down the list.

Quick Replies

Quick Replies are clickable buttons the user can use to respond to the greeting message

Add quick replies by clicking "Edit Quick Replies" in the Greeting messages tab and typing the button text into the button field (response is best left blank).
