Fallback Messages

Fallback Messages are sent by the bot when it does not understand the user's question (E.G. "I didn't understand what you said").

Add a Fallback Message

Type into the text bar or click on the "Add More Type" button to add non-text fallback messages, the fallback message will be added to the end of the current list (to a maximum of 5 fallback messages)

The format of the fallback message can be any of:

• Text
• Image
• Audio clip
• Video
• Card list
• File
• Link

Messages are sent in descending order. The order of fallback messages can be changed by dragging them up or down the list.
