The personal chat interface has simple questions and answers.
The "personal chat" tab will only appear if the "personality chat" is checked when the chatbot is created

The system has some pre-set questions and answers. To use it for the first time, click Train in the upper left corner.
Test in the dialog chat-box window after training
Add customized Q&A
Click Train
