Create a Paired Corpus Skill
From the homepage navigate to the "My Skills" tab
Click "➕" to add a new Skill
Select Paired Corpus as the skill's type, select the skill language, give the skill a name and click "OK"
Add Q&A Pairs
Click "➕" to add a Q&A group Name the Q&A group
Under the current group, click Add to add a new QA Pair.
Click Submit
- Each Q&A pair consists of two parts: the user's questions to the bot and the bot's answers to the user. Each Q&A pair can contain multiple user comments and bot responses with the same meaning.
- Each user answer can be deleted and the bot's answer at any time during the operation, or delete the entire Q&A pair.
Add Related Questions
Related Questions are questions that the system recommends to the user after the user has asked the current question
Create another Q&A group to demonstrate how related questions work
Click “related questions”
Check the question you want to associate, and click the blue button">"
