Skills

Skills are a set of question and answer pairs or a set of intents that accomplish a specific task in a specific scenario.

All skills are displayed on “My Skills” page

Create Skills

There are two ways of creating skills:

• During the bot creation process

• Using create skills on the “My Skills” page

Click on "➕" to add new skills

Select a skill category, type in a skill name, and click OK.

• Categories of skills include:
  • Paired-Corpus: Train bots through frequently asked question pairs
  • Dialogue: Use sample sentences to train the bot
  • Third-Party: Create skills through third-party URLs

Language

Supported languages: English, Chinese

Name

Give the bot a name

Description (optional)

Briefly describe the chatbot

Delete Skills

Skills can be deleted from the "My Skills" page by clicking "Delete" on the skill and typing its name into the confirmation window.

Edit Skills

Skill name and description can be viewed and edited from the "My Skills" page by clicking "Edit".

Test Skills

Skills can be tested from the "My Skills" page by clicking "Test".
